A lot of effort is put into creating a blueprint in which all processes involved in Asset Management and Asset Integrity Management are described.

These processes are developed to improve efficiency in working and communication between the different layers of governance in the organization. In this study all processes have been given a process owner who is responsible for the actions that belong to each process.

The scope of the study involved all governance on strategic, tactical and operational level, involving the Asset Owner, Asset Manager and Service Provider.
